This Summit is designed specifically so that ALL types of photographers can attend. We have created four distinct tracks, which include wedding, portrait, commercial and creative. The first three are designed so you can follow the entire track in your niche if you’d like, but you can also check out courses in different tracks! The creative track is a fun assortment of courses that anyone can try for some fun inspiration and to learn new, unique skills. 2025 will feature two new themes including cinematic artistry, and video for photographers.
Yes! Breakfast is included Tuesday-Thursday, lunch is included Tuesday-Wednesday, and dinner (our themed cinematic hollywood soiree) is included on Wednesday. The only meal that is not included is dinner on Tuesday, because of an exciting opportunity to go to dinner with a Summit speaker and a small group in Mystic!
No, this is not part of your Summit ticket. However, we’ve arranged for a great deal on the hotel room prices. Click here for room block reservations.
While it is not required, we highly encourage you to stay at the Summit hotel so you can be a part of all the action. We plan to have evening and late night meetups, you can have time if needed to rest in your room during the days, and you’ll be able to network and spend more time with both fellow attendees and speakers by staying with us at the Marriott.
Tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please let us know in advance in writing at hello@lensandlight.com. Just remember, ticket transfers won’t be accepted within three days of the Summit, which kicks off on February 24, 2025.
Partners and spouses can certainly join you at the hotel, but if they want to attend the Summit they would need to purchase a ticket, since all the courses and food are included. They can walk around the trade show only if accompanied by a Summit attendee.
We kindly request that attendees refrain from bringing children to the event. Our conference is designed to provide an immersive and focused learning experience for all participants, and the presence of children may disrupt this environment.
Absolutely! There will be a lot of opportunities to grow your portfolio and test out new ideas at the Summit, so we highly encourage you to bring your camera and participate!
No, unfortunately only full Summit tickets are available. The ticket includes the full 2.5 days even if you’re not able to attend the entire time, but we hope you can!
Yes! When you check out, simply choose the 3 month payment plan option. We will invoice you for the final two payments, due in monthly installments after registering.
TF Green International Airport in Providence (PVD) or Bradley International Airport in Hartford/Springfield (BDL) are the closest options for getting to Mystic.
Yes! Our speakers take part in organized time slots for image reviews. We will provide more details in the final days leading up to the conference.
These are optional, long form highly detailed courses that blend lecture & interactive based. These are 3+ hours each, and will be available to purchase soon. These are first come first serve, and some courses will sell out in minutes of opening, so pay close attention when we start announcing!
